If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The oil bottle must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Any seal, label, or cap tampering will void the return eligibility.
Non-returnable Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned:
- Opened or used oil bottles
- Perishable or consumable items (like edible oils)
- Customized or discounted combo packs
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage
Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund if:
- The product delivered is leaking, damaged, or incorrect.
- You have received a different quantity or variant than what was ordered.
